Gandhi joins Focus Brands at a critical time as the company undergoes a digital transformation across the portfolio, bringing with him more than three decades of exceptional achievements in global technology leadership, strategy, and delivery. Using the momentum gained from the company’s digital investments thus far, he will help scale the organisation by assembling a high-performing, talented team and introducing novel technology and operational procedures.

Beginning in 2021, Focus Brands set out on a path towards digital transformation with the goal of becoming a digital industry leader. Already, the company has made significant headway on the journey by utilising the portfolio’s power and establishing itself as a leader in critical areas such as data science, digital platforms, loyalty programmes, and its technology stack. Nandu will keep pushing this project forward, coordinating with different departments to increase digital traffic and sales for the brands in the Focus Brands portfolio.
After leading the global digital transformation programme for a number of luxury brands at Digital Transformation Consulting, Gandhi has joined Focus Brands. He has seven years of experience in the retail industry, all of it spent at Macy’s, Inc., where he most recently served as the head of the enterprise digital transformation office and was responsible for delivering new revenue generating models. As a former executive at The Home Depot, Gandhi has an impressive resume that includes re-platforming the company website, leading the design and implementation of the first-ever autonomous IT organisation for Home Depot Canada, and overseeing the largest SAP-Retail implementation of its time, among other achievements. As someone who has worked in multi-branded and multi-channel retail and consumer services before, Gandhi has the background and expertise to help Focus Brands improve and expand our current infrastructure.
